- Resell-Accounts
/-Clients - Following are guidelines and terms for SellNResell.com
own server hosting only. For clients referred / resold to other
respective hosting companies, which each client will be notified
at the time of order to which hosting company he/she is actually
subscribed, will be bound by their respective hosting rules and
guidelines, but in general, following guidelines should apply.
- Knowledge of
the Internet - It is understood that client(s) has/(have)
acquired basic knowledge of the Internet and its operating principles
and procedures and SellNResell.com is not responsible for any
training for any consequence by the reason of lacking of the knowledge
of the internet.
- Compliance with
Laws - Client(s) will ensure that the use of the Internet
complies with all applicable federal, state and local law and
regulation, including but not limited to those principles of law
which protect against compromise of copyrights, trade secrets,
proprietary information and other intellectual property rights,
libel or defamation of character, invasion of privacy, tortuous
interference, and export of technical or military data to prohibited
countries.
- Data Integrity
- SellNResell.com will not be responsible for any validation or
integrity of data it receives or transmits over the Internet.
- Discretion and
Judgment - Client(s) is/(are) expected to use discretion
in the treatment and handling of Internet information and data
and to take particular care to insure that adult information is
not transmitted to juvenile users of the Internet.
- Excessive CPU
usage - Customers will not be allowed to use excessive
amounts of CPU processing on any of our servers or face immediate
suspension.
- Files Hosting
- Our Serivces is homepage hosting, other unnecessary file format
is not allow for hosting. SellNResell.com reserve the rights
to order the respect client(s) to delete the unnecessary files.
- Improper Uses
- Client(s) will avoid violation of certain generally accepted
guidelines on Internet usage such as restrictions on mass mailings
and mass advertisements, pirating or copying of software, mail
bombing or other methods of attempting to deny service or access
to other users, and attempts to violate security.
- No Warranties
- we will utilize its best efforts to maintain acceptable performance
of the contracted services, but we make absolutely no Warranties
whatsoever, express or implied, including warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. We cannot guarantee
continuous service, service at any particular time, or integrity
of data sotred or transmitted via its system or via the internet.
We will not be liable for the disclose of or corruption or erasure
of data transmitted of received or stored on its system.
We shall not be liable to customer or any of its client(s) for
any claims or damages which may be suffered by customer or its
customers, for any above reasons or its consequences.
- Password and
Security - Client(s) is/(are) required to protect the
password supplied or determined.
- Pornography
- Due to legal and social issues, we will not accept any client(s)
who publish pornographic or sexual images.
- Overdue Account
- SellNResell.com reserve the rights to supense or delete the
account(s) if the respective client(s) is/(are) default in payments
exceeding two working days from the payment due date. SellNResell.com
is not responsible for whatever loss or consequential loss of
profits of the respective client(s) from the act of SellNResell.com
in the account supension/deletion. Any pre-paid fee for other
service(s) is non-refundable.
- Services Termination
- at least 14 days advance notice is required AND any pre-paid
annual / monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Client(s)
must settle all outstanding amounts before terminate our services.
- Sub-hosting Services
- Sub-hosting services provided by client(s) is prohibited
and SellNResell.com reserve the rights to supense or delete the
account(s) immediately. All pre-paid annual / monthly
subscription fees are non-refundable and forfeited.
- SellNResell.com reserve
the right to make changes to the above terms and conditions without
notice.
